Quality Management System Team

To implement the Quality Management System, the Organization has Quality Management Team lead by Management Representative (MR) and supported by Deputy Management Representative (DMR) along with team members from all divisions. The Organization has adopted a process approach for its management system. QMS Team has the responsibility of Developing, implementing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring compliances with quality standards and regulations, conducting audits and identifying areas for improvement, providing training and awareness on quality policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on quality performance and continuously improving the QMS to achieve organizational objectives. The ultimate goal is to ensure the organization delivers high quality services that meet patient / customer requirements.
